Update on latest blood test & 1st visit to endo in 27years😳
I think I've improved with all the
vitamins
I'm taking🤞 it gets better. T3 was discuss as a possible trail but because I live in East Lancashire the NHS there blacklist T3 (my endo is at a West Yorkshire hospital & trust, T3 is allowed)🤦difference of 15 miles easier to get to & better rated.

Free T3 not increasing with T4 increase
Thus on advice from the amazing guys on this forum, I stopped the T3 altogether and have been increasing my Eltroxin from 57 to 75 and now 100 since May (and have been working on my
vitamins
).

Solgar methylcobalamin - unsealed?
I’m possibly overthinking….this jar did have its plastic wrapper seal intact, but the lid was loose, there was nothing to peel off the top (like you get on some
vitamins
) and no wadding. Can anyone tell me if there should be wadding, or if there should be a paper seal on the top?

For anyone who is on T3 only... When did you realise you needed it?
As for
vitamins
, I had them tested in January. All was ok except vitamin D which I've been supplementing high dose. I'm also taking iron, b12, b complex, selenium etc even though my levels for those were all ok as I want them to be optimal. Haven't retested but may do soon.

Mental health took a nosedive. How can I fix this?
I have been exercising constanly, eating nothing but vegetables, taking a whole cabinet of
vitamins
daily, and taking antideppressants, but its still not enough. I was doing well for several months, going to school, working on my art, planning my future.

Advice regarding Thyroid levels
Anyway, in the meantime I decided to tackle my
vitamins
. For around 2 years I was supplementing B12
vitamins
plus Thorne B Complex several times a week, as I was experiencing tingling/tinnitus/buzzing symptoms amongst many others.

Blood test results advice since starting T3
What can I do to improve my
vitamins
? Im already taking Thorne basic B complex as well as a B12 spray sporadically, yet my folate is still low. My Vit D - can I increase this further? I currently take 4000 daily with K2.

Vitamin deficiency and muscle loss
does anyone have any advice on maintaining levels of fat soluble
vitamins
. I suspect I am not making enough bile -hence poor digestion. dietician suspects bile acid malabsorption.

Vitamins
My Cardiologist asked me to stop taking them as there were certain
vitamins
that became not good to take e.g. ones on there linked to clotting. I want to start taking
vitamins
again.

Followed advice here, now need help with understanding results
I take 50 mcg Synthroid around 6 am, 5 mcg Liothyronine around 7 am, and then wait an hour for a cappuccino, and 4 hours for
vitamins
. I finally had my doctor agree to trying me on T3, since he wouldn’t increase my T4, about 9 months ago.

TPO AB 500
Since June 2023, I've been taking prenatal
vitamins
. In June, I consulted my endocrinologist, who assured me that everything was fine. However, today I discovered that my TPO AB is almost 500, and TSH is high. Despite trying to conceive for almost 6 months, this information is concerning.

Vitamin and mineral deficiencies/Thyroid dysfunction.. Chicken or Egg?
I read a lot here about how these
vitamins
should be optimal for the thyroid to function well. However I have supplemented them both for years (they constantly slip down if I stop) and my thyroid is still slow. I am on 100mcg T4 every day.

Also waiting for the
vitamins
etc to be tested - so thank you! And apologies for the misinformation! I've had some private results back which I thought I would do before my endo/cfs appt in a couple of weeks. I dont think they will help in terms of getting any thyroid support but hey ho.

iron panel blood test
Do I need to stop
with biotin in for an iron panel blood test please? Or is it just for thyroid blood tests that biotin is stopped? Help appreciated, thank you.
