Got to chat with the endocrinologist (not the one I'd hoped for after seeing list on Thyroid UK) I had to really concentrate as English not her 1st language but we managed to have an in depth chat over the phone. Anyway my doctor referred me as didn't want to put my levo up from 100 to 125mcg luckily I had some 25 mcg spare so I'd added that 6+weeks ago. I explained to endo weight ratio theroy & she was happy for me to stay on that. We've agree for me to have a cortisol blood test so any advice to prepare for that be lovely. If all ok will look at other hormones etc before a trail of T3 but this will depend on my surgery funding it🤦

So back down to money. Problem I have I'm on the border between two NHS trusts the one I like is not where my surgery is & they have poor communication.

I feel I'm doing better than most but still not quite right, energy levels quickly deplete & my body won't do what my brain thinks it can. Taking quite a few vitamins from British Supplements as they've no added fillers. Been GF for a few months now no issues, I decided to try normal bread for last couple of days 😋I now have a very sore elbow not bone but muscle struggle hold/move anything heavy like a cup of saucepan I just wonder if allowing GF back into diet could have that effect as I've read it can or have I done too much as usual cause I feel well🤔.

Are well I hope to get back with some positive news in a few weeks.

Cheers!
