Feeling like something stuck in my throat on swallowing - any thoughts please
Thanks to this site , I do feel so much better (than the previous 10 years) having improved my
Vitamins
and taking my levo just before bed. I also avoid Teva as it doesn't suit me.

Vitamin D loading dose issue
I have heard of a company named Wild Nutrition that provides
vitamins
and minerals as food grown forms so they’re not synthetic and your body recognises it as food so digests it a lot easily. I just don’t feel comfortable at all taking any synthetic vitamin after what’s happened.

Vitamin B6 in B Complexes
I'd been taking Life Extension Complete B-Complex every other day, alternating with
Vitamins
B1 and B3. Vitamin B6 in this B-Complex (as pyridoxine HCl - reason for the bladder soreness ?) and pyridoxal 5'-phosphate): 100 mg; 5,882% Daily Value.

Vitamin deficiency and muscle loss
does anyone have any advice on maintaining levels of fat soluble
vitamins
. I suspect I am not making enough bile -hence poor digestion. dietician suspects bile acid malabsorption.

Covid
I don't need to take any prescription medicines other than HU, and otherwise take only aspirin and
vitamins
. Nevertheless, I was seriously sick for 2 weeks with all the symptoms and am still getting my strength back. My wife and I both got our covid boosters back in October.

Recent thyroid panel.. thoughts
In order to complete the test I stopped all
vitamins
for over a week to ensure the blood work was not affected by supplements. I am wondering what your take on my results would be? Any pointers would be really appreciated. Do I need to try t3?

Iron supplement recommendations please
🙈 I was looking at Floradix liquid iron however it contains b
vitamins
which I'm already taking (thank you SlowDragon for the recommendation previously) so I don't want to overdo it. I'm also using the BetterYou Vitamin D spray now too just to add.

Is it needed and safe for my mom to supplement with folate or B12?
I'm also worried about how kidney health factors in to supplementing with high doses of these
vitamins
. This probably isn't the place to ask that, but I thought I'd check just in case someone has experience with safely supplementing with kidney disease.

bizarre turnaround
Is it possible that I was a) impacted by the +5lb weight (I’m still on 100mcg at 9.9 stone) or b) that I was mildly under the requirement for the
vitamins
and this has helped? I can’t explain it! Am hoping it continues and that my hair recovers too, but only time will tell.

They found a lot of Metaplasia and that I need 3 yearly surveillance told me to take
vitamins
A C and E, said my stomach acid would be low but he had no suggestions for that. I told him I was taking lime juice before meals suggested by a helpful member of this group ( thank you wedgewood ).

Very rapid weight gain, dose increase
I am probably still under-dosed and will need to up it again to 100mg but was hoping to wait for another 4 weeks to retest and see if
vitamins
etc also improved as I am supplementing all of them now too. https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/150944855/t3-starting-dose-too-high?

T3 only worth another PROPER go?
It was suggested I stay off thyroid meds for 6 weeks and retest but tbh I really don’t think I can last that long as things are just getting worse and worse and I worry about all my
vitamins
tanking.

Update Sensitive BFP
We eventually got some NHS testing which showed initially a low sperm count and morphology, which later went back to normal… we don’t know why, perhaps
vitamins
helped and no baths etc?

Side Effects Of Mannitol in Levothyroxine
There is no lactose but there is also magnesium stearate which I have taken in
vitamins
before and had the same problem so could it be MANNITOL or MAGNESIUM STEARATE or both?? I dont suppose there is a brand that doesnt contain these ingredients or lactose?? Long shot I know! Thanks :-)

Bench mark blood tests before switching to NDT
Vitamins
/ Supplements include: B1, B12, C & Zinc, D3, Ashwaganda, Berberine, Turmeric, CoQ10, Chlorella, Natural Progesteron. My doctor is very sympathetic but forbidden to prescribe NDT by the local NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.

Very High blood pressure
I’m going to look at my drug interactions again, as I’m on a lot of
vitamins
etc as well as steroids, accrete d3 and so on, to see if there are an6 blood pressure issues there. I’m not all keen on taking even more medication. Any thoughts, advice, similar experiences with high blood pressure?

Vitamin/supplements
Can I ask what
vitamins
would be useful to try to support healthy thyroid function. I know iron, and vitamin B12 are important, I wondered if a specific Thyriod supplement was useful. I found this one, does anyone else take this? https://heynutrition.com/products/thyroid-complex?
