So can I ask, do I just need to work on my
vitamin
D
and B12? They didn’t test
vitamin
D
since it wasn’t that long since it was tested 48 (50-200) Thank you.

GP appointment went well!
So I had a follow up appointment about my latest blood results…
vitamin
D
was at 174 and ferritin at 43.5 ug/L (20.0 - 130.0) My GP was not concerned about my
vitamin
D
level and said resume at whatever I am taking as it’s not a toxic level 🤷🏻♀️ The ferritin level however he agreed is in range but

are CTx numbers supposed to be extremely under range while on prolia?
so i can't tell if it's been oversuppression or high turnover that's contributed to injuries in the past 1 year; and high PTH throughout (recent test now normal), or under prescdibed calcium and
vitamin
d
, plus my Mum's build being prone to effects of o.p, just want her to have a chance.

List of medications to avoid?
Hi all, hope we're all getting our natural
Vitamin
D
on this sunny Sunday☀️? I understand there are some medications that can badly affect us B12 deficients - certain antibiotics for instance. Is there a definitive list available? I've searched this forum but can't find anything.

Lab Cut Backs (blood testing)!
I've just spoken to the GP about some other blood tests I'm having done tomorrow (not thyroid related) as I wanted to get my ferritin, folate, B12 and
vitamin
D
checked at the same time, as I've not had it done for a while.
