Folate 15 ug/L

Ferritin 59 ug/L

Ft4 only  51.0% through range…..so plenty of room to increase dose levothyroxine

Free T3 (fT3) 4.2 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 

Ft3 worse at only 29.7% through range

Do you always get same brand Levo at each prescription

In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg)

keep eating iron rich foods to maintain ferritin levels

As you have Hashimoto’s are you on gluten free and/or dairy free diet

I am taking a seperate golate supplement the week I stop the B complex.Solar 400 folate once a day when not taking B complex

Better you D3000+K2 spray, 3 squirts once a day

I have the referral letter from my GP, for the private consultant I will have to book the appointment for August as my dog had puppies on Friday and Oxford is just over a 2 hour drive away and I can't leave her all that time yet.

Is there anything else I can do, The last few days I have felt so much worse.

I'm not gluten or dairy free, I.know that's something I need to address.
