B supplement
Please could you advise me if it is OK to take Homocystix Plus as a B supplement? I have been taking Thorne Basic Plus and Nature's Best Vit B 12. However Vit B12 now over 500. I started flushing more and think I'm developing Rosacea . Looked online and found Niacin can be a factor in flushing. Also

Is my son’s TSH number a concern
My son had a blood test recently and the the test came back with a TSH of 3.2, low
vitamin
D
(43) and high B12 (800) the GP didn’t check the Ft3 or Ft4 or the the antibody. I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for years and a was struggling when my TSH was at 3.00.

I’ve been on a low dose of Levo for about 3 years. It took ages to get up to 50mg a day as I’m really sensitive to it. Because of palpitations, tummy upsets etc I now split 50mg into two separate doses ; 25mg in morning and 25mg at night and I’ve been fine doing this since December last year. My test

So frustrated
I'm happy on 20 mcg lio and 50 mcg levo - but each year it's a battle to get the blood tests done. I have problems each year with the GP: generally they say they can only test TSH (which is obv a total waste of time given the lio) so I get the blood form from the endo. Four years ago, the GP did the

Newly Diagnosed
I was told to continue with
Vitamin
D
and Calcium daily. It did absolutely nothing. After doing some research, and with the numbers I had, I should have definitely been scanned again before 3 years/3 months later. November 2021 my left femur went "up" 0.9 points from -1.9 to -2.8.

Anaemia query
Is it at all possible to have some form of anaemia, even though blood results dont support that or are inconclusive? I havent felt well now for 4 years and have driven myself to distraction trying to pin down what is going on-convinced myself I was hypothyroid but Im not. Ive just had blood tests again

Rapidly gaining weight.
I've gained a stone in weight all of a sudden, in just over a month with most of it while I've been on a calorie controlled diet the past two weeks and staying well below the calorie limit. Could any of this be down to my thyroid? My latest test results were tsh 2.11 ( 0.5 -4.4 ) and t4 12.1 ( 8.9 -

Vitamin D
I received lots of good advice, including to look at taking
vitamin

. I then received my latest bloods showing a
vitamin
d
deficiency. So I have ordered my
vitamin
d
with my tesco delivery. Has taking
vitamin
d
helped others with their asthma.

Mental state
I feel like my whole world has collapsed and I heard I was panicking and I should be alright after taking
vitamin
D
. I was called a liar and that I was exaggerating my condition. I heard that I felt pity for myself. And I think maybe I am but I am scared so much.
