hello! I wondered if anyone could recommend an iron supplement that has no nasties in? The GP suggested I go on it because I’m slightly anaemic. I am very careful with other supplements to not have additives that might trigger the AF (like B12, Vit D etc) but can’t seem to find an iron supplement that

My ferritin and

levels were OK, so I'm not iron-deficient. My GP has contacted the local hospital to see what further tests might be arranged.

Also told I have very low
vitamin
d
Waiting on my medication being dispensed but in the mean time I started taking the vitd that I got from holland and barret. Don't know if it's a coincidence but got bad chest and stomach pain. Is there a vit d supplement that's easier on the stomach.

Hi I have been taking levothyroxine 50mcg since 2015 my dose has never changed as my GP always says my blood results are within range I have never felt really well on levothyroxine and also the tinnitus I experience seems to increase a while after I take it. A friend said to try taking it at night

Lactose intolerance advice and absorption issues
I have also been experiencing headaches recently and as my
vitamin
D
was 104, I thought it may be this as if is usually around the 90 mark (I recently started to take with food so may be absorbing it more). Do I stop it for a few weeks to lower it down if the headaches are from this?
