Vitamin

Vitamin

hypothyroidism and peripheral neuropathy
I am hoping that getting my dosage right and my T4 and T3 levels up towards the top of the range along with Methyl B Complex and
Vitamin
D
supplementation may alleviate the neuropathy. The spinal stenosis of course will remain.

Belligerent, sneering GP
So still no
vitamin
D
prescribed so we will have to self treat. A flat refusal to refer to an endocrinologist- even though we have private insurance and cardio recommends that would be sensible. A refusal to even test FSH, T3 or T4 for monitoring purposes.

What I did differently for this transfer, I took canesflor vaginal probiotics prior to transfer, as well as BioGaia gastrus tablets, buscopan on and after transfer date, we used embryo glue for the first time, and continued the daily prenatal vitamins (pregnacare) as well as
Vitamin
D
supplement.

Advice Needed Following Test Results
My vitamin results are: Ferritin 99.3 (30 – 332) Folate Serum 19.8 (7 – 35)
Vitamin
B12 Active 91.9 (37.5 – 188)
Vitamin
D
81.9 (50 – 250) All 4 came back from the test marked as normal, but some look on the low side to me. I would appreciate advice on whether I should be supplementing.

Less symptoms but still RLS sleep issues
To my knowledge both can inhibit the uptake of iron and I also suspect that I was low on
Vitamin
D
. When my RLS was diagnosed my iron levels were also low (about 50).
