Hiya

Just got the results of my thyroid and wanted your input if i am in optimal range on t3 and t4. Pls advise! We're going to try again using FET in july and will be our last try. Appreciate to use Yr feedback I'm booked in to see private endo tmw. He has me on t3 for two months now and it's great to see tsh has gone down previously from 2.33 to 1.47 just by adding Liothyronine 10mg. I would like to see them reduced further...

Fasting and last dosage:

Levothyroxine: 24 hours

Liothyronine: 15 hours

Blood drawn: before 9am

The meds I'm on are:

Levothyroxine 125mg (Mon to fri)

Levothyroxine 100mg (Sat to Sun)

Liothyronine 5mg in am and lunch time

Pregnacare max Conception - didn't take any last three days before blood taken

Vitamin d 2,000 iu

Labetol 600mg

Folic acid 5mg

Please the see attachments. I've seen big difference in me when adding t3 lots of energy but crash later in the day, I'm feeling sluggish at times and brain fog. I'm trying to deal with my anxiety issues that keeps popping up every now and again.

I'm aware I have hashimoto and don't have reverse t3 at the minute.

Picture is very fuzzy

Ft4 ……looks like result is 16.9?

Assuming that’s correct

Free T4 (fT4) 16.9 pmol/L (12 - 22) 49.0%

so plenty of room to increase levothyroxine to 125mcg daily

Which brand of levothyroxine are you taking

Hashimoto’s

Are you on strictly gluten free and/or dairy free diet

Yes it's 16.9. I'm sorry I do have lots of results from proper medicheck website just unfortunately health unlocked won't let me unload few screenshots I took! I thought I was able to the last time and this time I couldn't? Maybe I have to write them all out. I'm hoping to decrease my levothyroxine and increase liothyronine. I find t4 meds are messing with me giving Me all sorts of anxiety, paranoid, brain fog, have got energy but feel tired at times.

Ferritin could be a bit higher. Look at increasing iron rich foods in your diet

Folate looks a bit high

Gluten free diet can improve gut function and absorption, and may reduce anxiety and frequently helps with brain fog

You may need to add a third 5mcg dose T3 per day
