RLS Blood test results, complex and in French...
Hello everyone. I've just had blood test results back, seeking more info on my chronic / extreme RLS. I was tested for iron panels, inflammation markers, B12 + B9 and a few other things. The results are in French (I live in France) and quite complex. Im posting here in the vague hope that there

I am confused. I have been taking a super B complex as recommended but now am reading that B6 preve B is the absorbance of levidopa. Can someone please clarify. Thank you.

Loose Woman
Today Colleen talked about fatigue She was told the menopause. Is a vegan. Told pre diabetic type 2 I've emailed loose women as a good platform. Was her B12 tested .? Even if it was tested it should've been stated /discussed on the programme as very relevant to the topic ! Hope I get a reply

PA and Metformin
Hi Brains Trust! As of a visit to my GP this morning, I'm staring down the barrel of Type 2 diabetes and, whilst having already begun to implement a diet/exercise regime, I was wondering what effect metformin might have on my B12 levels as I'm already SI every 2-3 weeks, depending on symptoms. I know

Frequent injuries when exercising.
I have been hypo for about 10 years, currently on 75mcg levo, and 10mcg lio but drop to 5mcg twice a week, otherwise my heart rate goes up from 60’s to 90’s. TSH 0.01, FT4 16.1, FT3 4.6, both 41% through range. Vit D 85. I find if I do even pilates, ligaments and bursae get easily inflamed. Eg an ankle

Private Blood Test Results
Hello, Diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 2019, it was a long and sickly road to diagnosis and treatment. Levothyroxine only didn’t work for me and after a couple of not so great endo appointments I finally found a really good endocrinologist who agreed to add in liothyronine and commenced me on 20mcg

Anyone else been given Aristo Thyroxine
HI, My last lot of Thyroxine is the Brand Aristo. I have not taken it before, so I am giving it a try. I can't take Teva as it makes me very poorly. I had been feeling really good, I had a blood test and got my results the beginning of January and they were okay. I am also not due my next b12

GP appointment went well!
So I had a follow up appointment about my latest blood results… vitamin D was at 174 and ferritin at 43.5 ug/L (20.0 - 130.0) My GP was not concerned about my vitamin D level and said resume at whatever I am taking as it’s not a toxic level 🤷🏻♀️ The ferritin level however he agreed is in range but

Body Temperature Regulation.
How body temperature regulation made it in the symptoms list of the neurological effects of B12 deficiency I have not yet come across. I have experienced body temperature regulation issues my whole life. It results in mild hypothermia. I am well versed in the physicians and nurses understanding of

Did anyone get leg cramps after b12 injections?
I just started 1/6 of my loading doses on Monday and Monday evening I had muscle twitching and cramps in my legs, they subsided by the morning of Tuesday but I was wondering if anyone found this common after their injections? Also headaches? Thanks!

Is serum folate levels the level of b12?
I received this as a blood result 3 weeks after receiving my b12 injection but I am confused. Does this tell me the level of b12 in my blood or folate? There are no other test results that refer to b12. I am currently suffering very badly with the symptoms of low b12 despite having my 3 monthly injections
