Thank you for your reply. I take 2 25/100 tablets 5 times a day. I will stop the multivitamin and look for P5p. How much should I take and us liquid better than pill form?
So now you see there's a lot of conflicting information out there. It's up to you to decide what to believe. If you still want recommendations from me let me know.
Might be worth also looking into vit B1. youtu.be/d5GSI-8fKrk?si=M1I...
I am confused too.
I read Carbidopa depletes B6. Took some B6 and could not sleep.
I had my B6 checked and it was high.
I take my B complex with a meal between doses of C/L. Evidently there's enough B6 in my B complex to solve the problem.
Note: Test says not to take vitamins day of test and I didn't. (There was weeks between test and the extra B6.)
Due to the long half-life of vitamin B6, I would recommend avoiding any B6 supplements for at least the next month. After that, it may be better to use a low-dose B complex or multivitamin. The combination of all B vitamins, preferably in their active (so with P5P) or natural form, is important!
