Clear Cell Progression
Here is an update on my treatment for ovarian clear cell carcinoma, which I guess has now moved into Stage IV (started 1a). My taxol/carboplatin & Avastin chemotherapy treatment was discontinued after 3 infusions, as CT scan showed progression of tumors, and invasion into my liver. The doctors at UCSF

Injection reactions?
Hello lovely people. I started SI three weeks ago and each time I'm left with a red, itchy patch of above the area I've injected into (not the actual injection site, but next to it where the needle will have deposited the B12 under my skin). Because I'm on EOD injections this means just when one stops

Active B12 gone down
Hello, I have been on loading doses (initially from my GP and now SI) for 7 weeks and am slowly improving. My initial active B12 was 48.1 ng/L, serum 162. I was on daily oral B12 supplements at the time so my results were skewed. I know that blood tests after injections are considered pointless but

The effect of a B complex on raised liver enzymes with discomfort/pain
As mad as it sounds, every time I re start a B complex the liver pain returns Iāve had mildly raised liver enzymes with early morning liver discomfort, every single day for years but recently both have worsened and the discomfort became actual pain. However, on rising, the pain dissipates immediately

MMH latest bloods
Just wondered what members thought of this, on 200mcg Accord Levo. TSH 0.01 range 0.27 to 4.2 FT4 21.2 range 12-22 FT3 5.2 range 3.6-6.8. Does this show poor conversion? I supplement Vitamin D, B12, B complex and folate. I know if my NHS GP sees this he'll reduce dose based on TSH result and I've

Vitamin A,D,E,K deficiency..
Read somewhere about possible fat soluble
Vitamin
deficiency
after gall bladder removal. Is it safe to take
Vitamin
D
with Vit K2 as MK7 as a supplement ?. Is it true that Vitamin D , if taken alone would cause Calcium deposition in arteries ?. Looking for suggestions from experienced members..
