Following my last post and as suggested by SD I dropped my levo to 100mcg 5 days, 75 2 days. My latest Medichecks results:

TSH 1.040 ml 0.27-4.2

Free T3 3.8 pmol 3.1-6.8

Free Thyroxine 22.3 12-22

Thyroglobin antibodies 862 0-115

Thyroid Peroxdase antibodies 122 0-34

CRP 0.15 mg range >3

Ferritin 271.00 ug range 30-650

Folate 45.4 8.83-60.8

B12 123 37.5-188

Vit D 143.0 nmol 50-250

Experiencing very stressful life at the moment, so I know that isn't helping.

I know that my conversion is poor. Having difficulty just processing everything going on.

Have the list of endos who may be able to help.

Many thanks for all your expert support and guidance.

Serum free T3 (RHX) 3.6 (3.90-6.80)

(Borderline low but rest of TFTs normal)

Serum TSH 0.78 (0.35-5.00)

Serum free T4 22.3 (11.00-23.00)

previous results

So your TSH has increased and Ft3 increased a little

But Ft4 still high

Suggest you reduce dose again to 75mcg 4 days and 100mcg 3 days

Retest again in another 6-8 weeks

Hello SlowDragon for your reply.I was anxious that lowering my dose of levo would make me feel worse. I feel that stress is contributing hugely to how I'm feeling.

I've only recently been able to tolerate b complex, but noticed when I stopped for a week before the test, I felt worse!

The kindness and knowledge on the forum is hugely appreciated- so huge thanks to all.

👏

Feeling wired and stressed is symptom of high Ft4 (and low Ft3)

Improving Ft3 level should help you feel more relaxed
