Hi there, I know that things do get more expensive and it is a pain, but sadly, if you want quality supplements, you may have to invest in your health.

This supplement from NuU you have selected has all the required vitamins, but it contains folic acid, which is not easily absorbed - methyl folate is a better form. In addition, it has filling agents like Mg stearate & silicon dioxide and bulking agents, which I would definitely avoid. If the vitamins are not easily absorbed, they will not have the intended effect, so perhaps not worth the expense.

For example, the Igennus Super B-complex is more expensive (currently on offer 180 tabs for £20.69 at Amazon), but one tablet (instead of the recommended two) gives you more than enough of the the daily requirement of all the essential Vitamin B's at 11.4 pence a day. And you know that it will be effective and have the desired effect. Perhaps worth a thought?

Hi Tina_Maria, I do normally get whatever is recommended on here, last time i got pink tribe and i went to order more and thought they had gone up alot since last time 🙄 do you have a link to the ones you mentioned so i know i'm ordering the right ones? 😊
