Hashimotos & FT3. Advice needed - Rock bottom - About to try Thybon (poor FT4- FT3 conversion).
Hi Everyone, I have been supported a lot by this community already. Thank you. I am a 39 year old male, living in Ireland. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2019. I started Eltroxin at that time. I started on 25mg, and increased to 50mg at the start of 2023. I generally eat well, and exercise

documenting changes
so I had been struggling with a flare up in my rls since starting HRT 2 months ago and although the estrogen may be the cause I want to document what’s going on to look back at. So the last 4 days it seems to be easing off but I can’t pinpoint why. Things iv realised : when I started HRT , I also started

Temp advice please
My temperature was 35.3 this morning and has been below this. I thought I might be overmedicated but I am unsure if this is under treatment due to a strong medication I have been given for an infection (or if this is unrelated). My cheeks have been puffy and I feel unwell and I am not sure if I need

Natural FET - Frostie Onboard!
We had our 2nd transfer 5 day embryo, first frozen, yesterday with 2 embryos remaining. We've opted for the natural cycle given that my cycles were regular (around 28 days), but a couple of long cycles threw things a little bit (I was up to 31 days). Ovulation happened on Day 19 and Transfer took place

Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy
If you develop CIPN during chemotherapy, and it becomes permanent, can you subsequently find it has progressed to another site some years after the original diagnosis? Hi Guys, New to this forum but have 7 years tackling & experimenting with nutrition for Hashimotos. With a keen background in nutrition I was determined to address it with this and avoid any thyroid drug interaction if possible. My antibodies were as high as 3500 at worst and are now 528 and dropping

Do I need an iron supplement?
RBC and MCHC blood results - why, even though my levels are below the lowest end of acceptable range, is it saying “normal for this patient - no action required” ( diagnosed with PA 21 years ago, then aged 38). I have increasingly debilitating fatigue - 3-monthly B12 injections don’t seem to be helping

Blood results update
Hello, I'm preparing to request another prescription of levo. I have been taking 100mcg consistently and I feel ok on it (i.e. well enough to not want to mess about with levels). GP keeps telling me I am overmedicated and has put me down to 25mcg so I have been sourcing privately. Here are my latest

Biotin and cold exposure are complete no brainers.
I haven’t posted in a while. I hope everyone is good. I limit myself because I believe for me, PD became an obsession. I forgot how to live. Many of you know I said b2 was a no brainer. Read my previous posts. Scientists in Japan found that PD patients have messed up guts that inhibit the absorption

New Unproven and Untested Concept.
I noticed that in online videos many are touting higher amounts of different water soluble vitamins that those amounts recommended by the medical field and experiencing better results than the patient of the medical field. I trust their experiences somewhat. Their reasons for experiencing the results
