I have recently found out quite a few things which have been getting overlooked like
vitamin

vitamin
B
levels, amongst other things, etc and I now find myself with severe osteoporosis on top of everything else. Anyway, That's not the problem I'm wanting help with. .

Hello, I take a daily supplement dose of plant based vitamin B12 Complex and try to eat a range of foods that are healthy. I drink alcohol - maybe 5 units four/five times a week and I read that maybe I should take additional B vitamins to cover myself against there being insufficient to counteract this

advice, thoughts please, feeling rather desperate?!
hi I only got one response to my recent post which was so kind but no feedback so am trying again as I’m a bit stumped. I’d hoped going on NDT would relieve fibro symptoms and generally help me feel better, and give me more energy, but despite latest test results I don’t feel that much different. Certainly

I am gluten- free and have been taking
Vitamin

Stay vigilant for PD cures
Suppose I hadn't been tested at the time and immediately, like so many, taken a
vitamin
B
complex with P5P, I might as well have put mistakenly the improvement entirely down to hiking,, MIND diet, gardening, fast walking, or Qi Gong.

Alcoholic Hepatitis
Unfortunately I ended up drinking for 1 week after 6 weeks of abstinence which resulted in a 3 day hospital stay with Alcohol Hepatitis (ALT of 400, Bilirubin 25) and withdrawal requiring fluids and diazepam, my bloods improved and they let me home with
Vitamin
B
and Thaimine prescription.

first b12 injection learning all I can
hello, first post so I’ll try to keep it concise as I have a lot going on. I appreciate any tips and/or input you care to share. I’m 55years old, post menopausal and I have hashimotos, lupus, anti phospholipid syndrome and had a thyroidectomy years ago. So figuring out symptoms has always been a challenge
