avocado - anyone else ?
Hi and happy summer solstice, I’ve recently been trying to improve my diet and read that avocado has many good features, such as high fiber, good fat,
vitamin
c,
b
vitamins, folate,
vitamin
k, and something about it helps the body produce glutathione (an antioxidant which helps protect the liver.)

new blood results
help needed with new blood test results. It is 6 weeks since i have been on 100 levothyroxine and introduced Liothyronine 10mcg daily. Before the test I followed protocol, no medication before, no b vitamins for week before etc. I am pleased that my ferritin has improved but unsure about T3 levels?
