advice, thoughts please, feeling rather desperate?!
hi I only got one response to my recent post which was so kind but no feedback so am trying again as I’m a bit stumped. I’d hoped going on NDT would relieve fibro symptoms and generally help me feel better, and give me more energy, but despite latest test results I don’t feel that much different. Certainly

Help with blood test results and symptoms please
I am gluten- free and have been taking
Vitamin
D3 and iron/
B
vitamins for the last few weeks. I stopped my iron/b vitamins a week before my blood tests, which were taken at 8.30am after fasting. I am not taking levothyroxine or other thyroid medication.

B vitamin complex
hi, I just need to know if it’s ok for me to take my
B
vitamin
complex an hour after T4/T3 with my breakfast. The reason I ask is on the box it states folate - as calcium folinate. I’m now worried if I should leave 4 hours after levo because it mentions calcium?

Armour or Levo?
curious to know the different thyroid meds that are available, currently taking levo but to be honest I have never felt great on it despite trying different doses and supplementing with selenium/
vitamin
b
etc. what’s the difference between levo and armour for example? Can you get it in the UK?

MMH latest bloods
I supplement
Vitamin
D, B12,
B
complex and folate. I know if my NHS GP sees this he'll reduce dose based on TSH result and I've been called in for a thyroid panel blood test. Thanks

As my symptoms seem more in line with B12 issues than
Vitamin
D. I've ordered B12 spray and
Vitamin
B
complex tablets but I'm also busy reading everything I can from links I've read on other posts to check I supplement correctly.
