I had my first fibroscan last week. No disease progression in 4 years. Diagnosed in 2019ish. Im 62 years old. 😁 Stage 1. My ALP did rise though, so my Dr. upped my Urso. I take two, 250 pills in the am, and two in the evening. I also added Vitamin D, B and an Omega 3 pill. I do have Osteoporosis. Looking for ways to stop the rise of my ALP? Anyone have ideas? Also, some other vitamins that are good for us with PBC!Anyone from Washington State, or Arizona? I live in both. Auburn WA, and Bullhead City AZ. 😁

Congratulations you are doing great...get your blood work done , your numbers will fluctuate a bit. .I have been around 30 years when URSO was experimental..always always take your URSO.....sometimes my diet might get a bit off and I always found eating oats a few times a week really helped with my numbers...at 1st it was oatmeal...but a fews bowls of cheerios work just as well. Be happy and enjoy .
Hello ninjagirl, correct. My biopsy was my starting point for staging. I have zero fat on my liver. I did gain 10lbs over the last year and a half. I eat extremely healthy, but I eat way too much fruit. I'll get the 10lbs off, see if that helps. I weigh 150 now. A comfortable weight for me is 138 to 140. 😁
