I found a recent article from the USA which discusses the role of
vitamin
B
complex and optimal Ferritin in the management of PN and restless legs syndrome. However, this information does not necessarily filter into the NHS.

I’ve been started taking
vitamin

12 vitamins in the morning, and after two episodes of the gabapentin and daily B12 I no longer have the issues. I also have Hashimoto’s disease. I have an appointment to see my GP in January and will get a full panel of annual test done.

Results and Advice Please
I supplement with
Vitamin
B
, B12, D, magnesium citrate and glycinate, selenium, zinc, fish oil. I also take LDN (low dose naltrexone) 4.5 mcg. I used to be on high doses (100-125 mcg of levo) and 15 mcg of T3 felt terrible on this - migraines and always felt hypo.

Question for anyone who is taking the above supplement. Has it changed the colour of your wee? Mine is a different colour to what it was before I sat taking the tablet it does return to normal colour as the day goes on but thought I would check to see if this was normal

vitamin B1 - added supplements
Hi, can anyone recommend good quality Magnesium and
vitamin
B
complex supplements to take alongside
vitamin
B1? I live in the UK. There seems to be different types of magnesium and do I look for a B Complex that has a low amount of B6 (if that is possible). Would be grateful for any advice.

My positive experience with B1 Therapy
I started the B1 therapy in October 2023 (was diagnosed with YOPD in February 2023) following the protocol written on the book “Parkinson’s and the B1 Therapy” by Daphne Bryan. For the past 10 months, it has been helping me controlling symptoms such as extreme tiredness, lack of balance, dystonia, rigidity

B vits pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6)
What B vitamins do people take and what brands have pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6) in? What else do people take other than potassium rich diet and B vitamins and what form do you take folic acid in? I've heard it should be folate as folic acid isn't very good? Thanks
