Alcoholic Hepatitis
Unfortunately I ended up drinking for 1 week after 6 weeks of abstinence which resulted in a 3 day hospital stay with Alcohol Hepatitis (ALT of 400, Bilirubin 25) and withdrawal requiring fluids and diazepam, my bloods improved and they let me home with
Vitamin
B
and Thaimine prescription.

Help please with blood results
I have recently found out quite a few things which have been getting overlooked like
vitamin
D levels
vitamin
B
levels, amongst other things, etc and I now find myself with severe osteoporosis on top of everything else. Anyway, That's not the problem I'm wanting help with. .

B vitamin absorbtion
Given that individuals with PA cannot absorb B12 via tablet form are we able to absorb the other B vitamins this way? I'm unclear as to whether IF is needed for all B vitamins absorption.Thanks.

Folate and Vitamin B results
Good evening, these are my latest
vitamin
B
and Folate results (both normal). As my Folate is still low should I be taking only Folate tablets or a Basic B complex like Thorne which includes Folate. I don't want to take more than is necessary.
