Exercise and Low Thyroid: Am I doing more harm than good? Advice, please!
I would like to ask about having low thyroid levels and doing exercise. I have hypo symptoms, and blood tests show low FT3 and FT4, but normal TSH (for reference, last blood test results are below). So far, no doctor or endocrinologist thinks I have any thyroid issue. One of my symptoms has been unexplained

Update
I have had a telephone consultation with a GP today and drew her attention to the Medicheck thyroid test I’d had done recently. She was quite dismissive of this and said that I needed an NHS one (thyroid function test) which will be done on Friday. I can sort of understand this as there will be traceablity

Newly diagnosed with low VitB12
Went to the GP a few months back with menopause symptoms. Mainly sleep issues, anxiety, brain fog and fatigue. The doc ordered a full fasting blood count which come back with me having low vitamin B12 (175), low vitamin D. (live in Scotland so most people are) and folic acid levels on the low side although

Test Results interpretation
HNY everyone! I got my test results back from the GP today. She did a full MOT (although didn’t include vit d or ferritin) but I’m not sure what they mean or if they are optimal. My vit b12 is 502 (197-771) Serum folate is 8th/L (3.0-26.8) My thyroid results are meaningless as I had taken my meds

I need help with my results. I have not been feeling good over the last few months, having weight gain despite eating healthy and extreme puffy eyes and swollen face. I had my tests done through Monitor my Health this Monday and the results came in today. Do I need to make an appointment with my GP and

Help for my 31 year old son please. First post.
He has just had some blood test results, would appreciate any ideas because of the low Ferritin and Folate. He is a Type 1 diabetic. He became ill in the Spring, had been working very long and unsocial hours in hospitality. He has symptoms of Fibromyalgia and his GP is close to giving him the diagnosis

HbA1c
Has anyone heard of or have knowledge about B12 deficiency, folate/iron deficiency affecting Hba1c results and causing raised levels? I was extremely surprised when my Hba1c levels came back high pre diabetic recently. I am about 6kg overweight at 67 but am very active taking several classes a week.

low folate
I gave PBC for 15 years and I’m on urso. My levels are reasonable. I have acid reflux, and I’m on Nexium 10 daily. In the last few months my folate has dropped below the low end of the range. I’m wondering if anyone else has this and is it related to PBC or Nexium. I don’t have anaemia. Thank you

Private Blood Test Results
Hello, Diagnosed with Hashimoto’s 2019, it was a long and sickly road to diagnosis and treatment. Levothyroxine only didn’t work for me and after a couple of not so great endo appointments I finally found a really good endocrinologist who agreed to add in liothyronine and commenced me on 20mcg
