Hi After all the amazing information from this page I have booked an advanced thyroid blood yest iron and vitamins test. I've booked for next Wednesday the 17th but I'm due on my period any day now. Should I move my teat back another week or is this OK. Thank you so much in advance x

Hello, I have my recent blood test results as follows: FT4 <1.3pmoL/L 10.8 -25.5 TSH 0.09mIU/L 0.27-4.2 FT3 5.2pmol/L 3.1-6.8 I am still really hypo. Could this just be down to low vitamins and minerals.

T3 clearing the body
Hello Thanks to all who help on this list. Sorry I can't offer more help, still , it seems, in some post Covid state. I tried to look through past posts to see how long T3 takes to leave the system. I think it was recommended not to take for 8 hours before a blood test. I'm going to get some

Vitamins to help bone healing
A recent broken wrist has led me to discover the importance of Vitamin C in bone health. Unsurprising really, as it's important for collagen formation. Here is a nice little article outlining the role various nutrients have in maintaining bone health: https://www.webmd.com/osteoporosis/osteo-fracture-diet
