I did a medicheck test for vitamins but it included a thyroid too and worried my T4 is dropping quickly from two weeks ago. Am I worrying about nothing? Next appt i. 2 weeks

Your FT3 was high, has that reduced? FT4 of 15.1 to 14.3 is not a hugely worrying drop. You expect some variation on each test.
Your TSH has also gone from suppressed (<0.01) to 0.018 which is detectable - which is good.
Your levels are still adjusting from when you were on a higher dose. The drop will lessen, & could start to rise. It takes at least 6 weeks for a new dose to find its new level.
