Hello so after so much wonderful advice feom this group I've bought and booked my advanced thyroid test with vitamin testing also. I've booked my test for next week, the earliest appointment they do is 9 is this OK? Also does in matter if I am period or just at end of period is there a best time to get this done as may have to move a few days.As I'm having iron tested also with the vitamins/minerals

9am is a good ttime for a thyroid blood test.

It shouldn't matter if you're on your period.

Fast when you wake up and only drink water until after the test.

Remember to stop your B complex 4-7 days before the test.

Thank you so much , I was taking kefir drinks which contain a very small Amount of b12. My test us Wednesday next week and stopped the drink a few days ago. Xx
