Perhaps surprisingly your vitamins look fairly good.

Ferritin should be around 100.

B12 needs to be 75+ on an active B12 test.

Folate around 20 on the range you have.

D3 100-150 so perhaps you could add a small amount of vit D3 with K2 to help it go to your bones.

Many people get on well with the Better You mouth sprays. They sell a Vit D3+K2 that is 1,000iu per spray.

How high is your calcium

How much vitamin D are you taking

Are you taking any vitamin k2 mk7 (this helps send increased calcium to bones when supplementing vitamin D)

Better You do a vitamin D mouth spray that includes K2

One spray = 1000iu

amazon.co.uk/BetterYou-Dlux...

Request GP test parathyroid levels, with calcium and vitamin D at same time

Has to be done at a large phlebotomy centre as test has to be processed immediately

parathyroid.com

once you get all three results add then into this app

calciumpro.com
