B12 how much and how often
I’ve been struggling with PA for 2 and 1/2 years. No one would listen. Finally from Israel I was advised to get the Intrinsic Factor Antibody Blood Test and the Parietal Cell Antibody Blood Test. Pernicious Anemia. I have to take a shot of Methylcobalamin daily. The Israelis recommend taking a shot

Syringe/needle advice please
I've just been diagnosed with SIBO after a year of unrelenting diarrhoea following food poisoning at a festival. Also with severe methylation difficulties, B vitamin deficiencies and in particular B12 deficiency. I'm relieved to have a diagnosis and treatment strategy, but feeling somewhat overwhelmed

Advice please on blood results especially possible iron issues.
I would be very grateful for any advice on my recent blood results please. I am concerned that for first time ever MCH and MCHC are just over range. My serum B 12 has historically been at top of range without supplementing. This has now dropped lower although still high in range. Never feel well although

urgent-C and blood thinners
hi does anyone know if it is safe to take urgent-c with apixiban? It’s an immune support with 1000mg vitamin C. I think Vit C thins blood too?

Test results back - within range?
I posted last week that I suspected I was hypo (family history... that and coeliac) and you suggested I go away and get bloods tested. So results are as follows, all 'within range'... Slightly disappointed because I hoped that hypo might explain some of the symptoms I have that are otherwise unexplained

Hi all, I first posted a few weeks ago as a new GP prescribed T3 but didn't tell me to start low and slow so I just started with 20mg of Thybon for 2 weeks and felt horrendous (so exhausted). TiggerMe suggested that my T4 wasn't optimal (neither was Vit D, Folate, Ferritin) so I stopped the T3 and

Tennis elbow and carpal tunnel
My hands ache, and especially a couple of fingers on my right hand can be very painful. My right elbow is also painful. The g.p. said it's carpal tunnel although she didn't examine me. However, the rheumatologist says that's incorrect and I have tennis elbow. He did actually examine me. I'm wondering
