Fatigue
I was diagnosed with endo about a month ago after my first laparoscopy. I’ve had symptoms since I was about 15/16. One of the things I struggle with the most, that has been progressively getting worse, is feeling tired and fatigued all the time. I never have any energy and don’t feel like doing anything

Does a B12 injection affect a blood test
Got my blood test tomorrow morning at 7:50 I've been off all my vitamins since the weekend but I'm over due my B12 injection, can I have it today or will it skew the results I've had 12 weeks at 25mcg and 8 weeks at 50 mcg so I really don't want to stuff it up

Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
I've been taking quite an array of vitamins and minerals daily. Actually 7 in number, vitamin C, B, D3, K2, Taurine, Magnesium and CoQ10 (I added CoQ10 late last year). Over the last few months all the joints in my body had been getting sore to the point where they really hurt, especially when I had

Lupron unjection not reducing PSA
I was first diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2016. It has been contained in the prostate ever since. For 3 years I treated myself with vitamins and nutrients. Kept my psa down until I had a kidney stone operation and for some odd ball reason loss control of the psa after the operation, it shot up to

MTHFR gene / supplementation
In my quest to optimise my health and better understand my ADHD brain and the impact of my lifestyle choices, I have stumbled across a possible link between MTHFR gene mutation and ADHD. Gary Brecka human biologist (ref Geo et all 2018) and bio hacker and ADD Magazine both link these. If I understand

Help with T3
I would really appreciate some advice please. I have included my original post below. So last week I went to see another Endocrinologist, they confirmed what I was told by the first Endocrinologist who I saw earlier that week - basically as my TSH levels are within range, I did not need an increase

Hello All,We went through our first cycle of IVF in Jan and we are planning our next round in July. The first round we went in very naively and rather blind in terms of body/mind preparation. I have tried to guide myself as much as I can but I wondered what you could add to what I am doing. I am on

Do you want to stop guessing what food and supplements are helping you and which are hurting you? Or at the very least a waste of money?
I recently took the $300 leap and sent my saliva, blood and stool sample into a newer innovative longevity clinic called viome. (No affiliation, or compensation.). In return I receive a 133 page report on the full pharmacology of my body. The list is incredibly comprehensive down to listing every

For anyone who is on T3 only... When did you realise you needed it?
Hi everyone. I've been on a real journey since January with Hashimoto's. I started on levothyroxine and it made me feel a lot worse. I started seeing a private thyroid doctor who looked at my bloods and saw my T3 had dropped on levo, and with my symptoms she decided levo was not right for me and put
