Pre and post FET advice x

hi ladies

So I am due for my 2nd FET in a few weeks time. It’s a 4BB embryo and frozen transfer. I’d like to know for those of you who had successful transfers and became pregnant what did you eat and drink and what vitamins did you take prior to transfer and during which you believed helped?

thanks so much in advance for your replies xxx

I'm in the same boat as you but having my FET in July - also a 4BB embryo.

I'm going to introduce Vitamin E - 600mg

and L-Arginine - 6g when I start my FET meds.

Also planning on cutting down caffeine etc closer to the time.

Can message me if you’d like maybe can send images personally. But a few tips, I did acupuncture right before and after transfer. I was taking CoQ10, Chinese herbal teas, vit D, antihistamines, doxycycline then after ovulation (natural cycle transfer) started progesterone per protocol, Lovenox, ASA and prednisone. Hot soups, healthy Whole Foods, daily walks, kept feet warm, sun exposure to belly…

Why did you take antihistamine?

also I made pineapple smoothies including using the core after transfer. Yummy

I took CQ10 as read can give the embryo energy. For my successful transfer, on top of things I’d done before, I made sure feet were warm, drank lots of water, made sure I moved a little every day to keep blood flowing, and had reflexology before and after transfer x

hello!

I had b12 and vitamin D injections monthly (for about 3/4 months) prior to transfer. Not sure if that was the winner for me. (14 weeks today)

I had a successful 5 day embryo transfer of a 4AA on April 2. I didn’t do anything different in regards to what I ate just stayed away from caffeine and too much sugar and processed foods. I drank ALOT of water. Vitamins I was taking were recommended by my fertility clinic which were Folic Acid, prenatal vitamins, and vitamin D. I am now 9 weeks pregnant. 💕 I just kept a positive mind and didn’t overthink anything. I believe that what you think is what will happen so just keep thinking positive thoughts. Good luck 💕💕💕

thank you all for your amazing replies and support!! Xxxx
