Lorenzo's Oil Revisited
Chances are you don't take it. I investigated it thoroughly and even had a decent source secured. I only opted out when I was told it would nullify my medical insurance. Depending on whatever scientific report you read it either doesn't work, or stops/reverses progression if you start taking it before

Would an iodine supplement help?
I still don't feel well (very tired and the most dreadful brain fog which has stopped me driving) and wondered how I would know if an iodine supplement might help? Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Latest Medichecks results - stopped taking b12 liquid 2 weeks before test. Taking Spatone, VitaminD

Disposal of used syringes from SI (Cardiff)
Hi all, I was self injecting every month until my GP took my B12 levels (along with other tests) pre-summer and they were over 1000. She basically said they wouldn’t continue their injections unless I stopped. I diligently stopped but have started to notice the symptoms creeping up again before my

skin reaction to B12 injections
Hi, I was prescribed the 6 injections every 2 days. Soon after the fourth injection I developed red bumpy skin on my forehead some of which looked like spots. After the 5th I developed a cluster of similar spots along my jawline that were uncomfortable. This is very unusual for me. My husband is administering

Help Please!
Things just keep going from bad to worse with me. So sorry for the long post but I really need some help because I don't know what's going on I really don't and I don't know how to try and balance things anymore, it's all beyond me now. Near end April this year I did a full panel, rather than link

Is it worth doing pernicious anemia test with active B12 of 68?
I'm working on getting my levels of B12, folate, ferritin and D up to ideal levels, if I can, for my thyroid. I recently got a B12 result from monitor my health of 68 pmol/L (range 38-210). I have read that you can still have B12 deficiency even if your B12 is around my level (I heard over 70 is needed

Hello! I was diagnosed with low B12 following a blood test in December last year, on injections but only had 3 of the 6 loading doses then was moved on to one every three months due to severe side effects that worried my GP. Update GP lied to our faces and some links for purchasing b12 please
So I updated you all last week on the visit to go last week where I believed she was gaslighting myself and my partner. Since then we have managed to access his medical records. One of the things I mentioned to her was his low result 5 years ago which was 222. She then went on to say he was tested 3

Learn CPR and Defibrillator training
More people need CPR training. Not enough people do. I am an ex Nurse and Firefighter and seen first hand the benefits of learning CPR ect. I now have my First Aid Instructor qualification and teach Basic Life Support-CPR-Defibrillator training. My own training has helped me in 2 different situations
