Well, thanks to considerable guidance from this forum's members last year, seems my long term 'B12d' has been pretty much resolved* - thanks again to ALL those who helped ! π π β βοΈ π
[ * - as verified by: a) feeling better in specific ways, . . . & b) a number of serum B12, & an 'active B12' tests showing 'excess levels'].
One reported observation is, as B12 levels are restored, folate levels can rise on their own to higher, more optimum values.
Q: what might it mean if, instead of rising, folate remains low, or becomes lower still, as B12 is replenished ? So, more than adequate B12 ( - from enough B12 πs) . . . & yet, LOW, or suboptimal folate. Any ideas appreciated!
