Success with GP - for now
Just had an appointment with my GP and after lots of persuasion and me quoting NICE guidelines at him, he's agreed to reinstate my previous daily 100mcg Levo. š„³This does come with the condition of reassessing in 6-8 weeks after bloods done. (I'll cross that bridge when I get there) I got the usual

Thyroid medication update
So presently taking 60 NDT and 25 t4 synthroid. I couldn't tolerate 90 ndt so my doctor gave me 25 t4 as a slower release and doesn't hit as hard as ndt. So it seems this addition of t4 has helped me. My sleep is better, my eyebrows filling in more, the few pounds I was holding onto seem to have dropped

Correct me if I am wrong. Please
There are four forms of cobalamin commercially available for injection. Cynocabalamin which in tests of a non cobalamin deficient human has been tested for retention times. There is no comparative testing of the efficacy of Cynocabalamin versus other forms including no test of the effect on symptoms

So recent post my TSH is still high I feel at around 4 but just in range but I know and told him about the facts and figures for it and still having symptoms and declined an increase. Vitamin d
Currently trying to sort out my health after realising my stomach is not absorbing b12 (am SI). Iāve been on a low dose of d3 (500 ug) for years after being told by doctors it was low. The last d3 test I had my results came back at 68. However, I had taken the supplement that day. Are the test results

How to change from T3 only to T4?
I'm currently self medicating on 50mcg Tiromel and have been for a few years. My doctor prescribed me 75 mcg Eutirox 5 x week and 88 on the weekends. It just wasn't working for me, so after a lot of reading I assumed I was just someone with a faulty conversion gene and decided to try alternatives.

Hashimotos & FT3. Advice needed - Rock bottom - About to try Thybon (poor FT4- FT3 conversion).
Hi Everyone, I have been supported a lot by this community already. Thank you. I am a 39 year old male, living in Ireland. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2019. I started Eltroxin at that time. I started on 25mg, and increased to 50mg at the start of 2023. I generally eat well, and exercise

Temp advice please
My temperature was 35.3 this morning and has been below this. I thought I might be overmedicated but I am unsure if this is under treatment due to a strong medication I have been given for an infection (or if this is unrelated). My cheeks have been puffy and I feel unwell and I am not sure if I need
