I've been on monthly cyanocobalamin injections since 1972 - that's over 51 years and I'm still "clivealive" at the age of 82

A quick Google on the bloke and I came across this "... garybrecka recently put up a video fear mongering synthetic vitamin B12 because it contains cyanide (cyanocobalamin) "

So do apple pips πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ mind you you'd need to eat an awful lot to kill yourself.

I recommend reading this article

stichtingb12tekort.nl/weten...

I wonder what his agenda is against B12 and also folic acid when we know that the two combined together with iron helps make healthy red blood cells

Scientist [a real one], not a medic.

I note that Gary appears to have qualifications that are abbreviated to 'BS'. My American friends use 'BS' as a polite abbreviation for something else. Whereas I [no, better stop there.]

Ha ha, my first degree was BSc and that’s’Mad Cow Disease’ lol my husband likes to call me it when he’s out of arms reach! He’s either very brave or very stupid-I suspect a bit of both πŸ₯°πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Another of these awful conspiracy people. They'll pick up on anything for attention.

He's just a grifter pretending to be a "Human Biologist", flogging courses and diets and vitamins and such rubbish, and spreading lies about "inorganic fruit". Inorganic fruit must be made out of minerals. Perhaps he means 'non-"organic"' - just shows the sort of level he is operating at.

Thanks SunnyWorld,

I had a look at his website. He is a a former competitive tri-athlete. He has worked with everyone from Chief Executive Officers to professional athletes from the Ultimate Fighting Championship, National Football League, Professional Boxing and entertainment industries.

Gosh, it sounds exactly like us lot !!! Yesterday, I had a fight with my duvet, then sang as I washed my dishes. The crockery and cutlery applauded in their own little way - nothing was smashed. πŸ₯²

On his website it states,

β€˜THE REMARKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL OR CLINICAL ADVICE AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CONSULTATION WITH A QUALIFIED PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER.’

We have an illness and most probably other health conditions.

His clients want status, money, increased performance and power boosts. We want quality of life. WIZARD6787 was able to walk 5 kilometres. Years before it was 60 yards/metres.

I don’t buy in to social media. It bores me stupid. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Hilarious video. Will write a proper debunk later. Very amusing though. I love his closing:

"Its just science"

On the evidence of this talk I think he wouldnt know science if it came up and slapped him across the head.

Did you know that table salt (Sodium Chloride) contains a chloride ion, which is a negatively charged atom of Chlorine? Chlorine gas was used as a chemical warfare agent in WW2!😲😱

Its just science!

And what about the sodium? Sodium auto combusts on contact with air and even under water. So don't even touch sodium chloride!

It's all about the 'clicks'. The more clicks on his stuff, the more money he makes, but it's hard to cut through all the other guff out there. There's an accepted fact in marketing that negativity sells. We are psychologically wired to stay safe on an evolutionary level, so are naturally alert to danger.

This is why our attention is naturally drawn to negative posts and headlines, than positive or neutral ones.

Hence **YOUR VITAMINS ARE FULL OF CYANIDE!**

Rather than **Vitamin B12 can help lots of people and it's a pretty red colour!** πŸ˜‚

Narwhal10 profile image
Narwhal10 in reply to KBird01

I just laugh at him. He thinks clicks means money. Move over mate, a caesium -133 atom makes 9,192,631,770 clicks for atomic clocks. They are used in computing i.e. it is equivalent to a second.

Gary don’t get your anorak because you ain’t pulled. πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

there’s been a massive rise in beauticians giving b12 njections for energy. Maybe that’s in response to this rise of unnecessary supplementation

SunnyWorld profile image
SunnyWorld in reply to Binky68

They are spoiling it for us who really need it as docs think we want increased injections due to obsession with it πŸ™„ Energy from 1 ampoule? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ does zilch if you don't need it

debra_bill profile image

It's the only way a lot of people can have much needed B12, I'm afraid. I'm aware that a lot of people, who can only get the 3 monthly NHS jab, get an interim top up via this route.

My X doctor had no interest in dealing with my deficiency and I was desparate for help so I started with one of these aesthetic beauticians. I now SI.

I'd argue that your doctor is the problem if they think it's some silly fad when you tell them how you feel.

Wonder whether he considers cyanide as he drives his gasoline-fuelled automobile?

Emissions of hydrogen cyanide from on-road gasoline and diesel vehicles

Remember the other commonly made point - lots of XXX can't harm because it is water-soluble?

Hydrogen cyanide is soluble in water...
