Finding joy
Does anyone ever wonder if they will ever find joy again? I have a loving, amazing family but since the anxiety and depression that has resulted from the ptsd has come into my life a few years ago, I find no joy in anything and most days feel like I am going through the motions. My therapist tells

With winter just around the corner, this information may be most useful and timely! With winter weather comes heater use which can have very drying effects on skin, eyes and your mouth and the information below may be a useful way to deal with these issues! I put the following post up about 2 to 3 years

Ativan every other day?
Hi...my dr said I can take 1 mg of Ativan every day or every other day as needed. I have severe anxiety, depression and ptsd. I am also on an Ssri and a mood stabilizer. I am 63 so who cares about dependency I guess. I also have an autoimmune disease that is going to probably do me in sooner rather

The darkness comes, your body is doing strange uncontrollable things and you start down Alices rabbit hole.........its nighttime..........you know when you fall asleep if you can call it sleep, that you will descend into the world of PD..

Hyco San Extra for dry eyes
I have been advised to use Hyco San Extra for dry eyes, has anyone else used this and did it work? Does anyone know if dry eyes, blepharitis, or aura without migraine could be the result of RD or side effects of prednisolone? Thanks.

Blepharitis
For many months my eyes tended to be a little itchy especially the right side but not tearing. I’ve had dry eyes for years and use cyclosporine eye drops. During a time of stress: my husband’s surgery and his car accident I developed a stye inside the lower lid. Optician prescribed drops and hot packs

brown discharge on Progynova
Hello, I'm new on this forum. I have a FET scheduled for Saturday. I'm currently on Progynova 3x2mg. Today, I've had a light brown discharge and the clinic wants me to do another scan tomorrow. I had an ultrasound last Thursday and my endometrium was at 10.3mm. My progesterone levels were really good

Low frequency vibration in one ear after TBI - Anyone else had similar?
So I'm nearly 3 months post TBI and thought I'd provide a little update: Really struggling with a low frequency vibration in my left ear (this was the side of my head that seemed to have taken most of impact) which I can only describe as hearing a car engine running outside my house. It started about

Skin darkening query
Hello, I have CREST syndrome, and recently some of the skin around my groin and at the top of my thighs has darkened, slightly. I look like I have a mild suntan there. Has any one else noticed this? My GP has just done a raft of blood tests to check whether it could be caused by hormones or anything

First injection done - slight panic!
So I did my first buserelin injection this morning, which initially was fine, but after a few minutes I noticed a big red patch and bumpy rash which I hadn't been expecting! Queue slight panic and a call to the clinic to check 🙈 it's gone down now but I think I was so focused on the actual injection

All we need is Love 💖 (oxytocin)
Hello ladies... You probably all read about oxytocin’s effect on the other hormones. My question is what do you do to boost your oxytocin level? We’re always looking for things to cut out, avoid, supplements, surgery... But what do we actually do to improve our moods, happiness and self love? I’d love
