Hello ladies...

You probably all read about oxytocin’s effect on the other hormones.

My question is what do you do to boost your oxytocin level?

We’re always looking for things to cut out, avoid, supplements, surgery...

But what do we actually do to improve our moods, happiness and self love?

I’d love to hear about your go tos.

Check this video for some ideas:

I know is harder during covid to get all the hugs and love we used to...but let’s do our best.

In my case I give my fiancé loads of hugs during the day, tell him I love him, I love cooking for someone, eating together... etc

I’d love to have a pet but is hard to have one in an apartment.

Qi Gong always makes me feel really good. Meditation too but sometimes I’m too irritated for it.

Listening to music helps loads too. I usually dance when I’m already happy, and sing when I’m really really sad.

When I’m in pain I listen to binaural beats.

Please share what you do...

A giant big loving hug for all of you sisters..and enjoy your day to the max.
