Why you should NOT supplement high-dose D3
https://youtu.be/GsomcvdT7Po This random video I came across deserves more views. If you're baffled about how to get enough vitamin D when not exposed to regular sunlight, try supplementing raw cold-pressed cod liver oil instead along with vitamin K. https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/cod-liver-oil

Hey, my first post. I’m sorry to read so many people are struggling with pain. I had my first prostap injection just over a week ago and was wondering how long it takes to work. I’ve had some symptoms like head aches and woken the past 2 nights sweating, so something must be settling in. I’m due on

Hi Sue
I take 1200 mg gabapentin but in bed, 600mg getting into bed, and then 600mg in the middle of the night. This is partly because I have mild ADHD and am quite forgetful. But I don't suffer from RLS anything like some of the poor folk on here. Also I take the following supplements . 1g of vit c. 300 mg

Current PCa treatment options in the UK do NOT include Triplet Therapy!
Today, I had a phone discussion with my uro-oncology support team and they told me that they NEVER give both chemo and an AR drug (e.g. abi, enza, etc) to prostate cancer patients at the same time - even if advanced. Apparently, the UK "gold standard" of treatment is to give a de novo APC patient either

Cost of going private for a hysterectomy!!
Hi Everyone I’m currently on the waiting list for a total laparoscopic hysterectomy on the NHS but have seen a private consultant because I suspect the NHS waiting time is going to be really long and I haven’t been given a date yet although I am on Prostap injections in preparation, but as I’m constantly

Latest Blood Test Results Good BUT ...
Having been on Prostap (ADT) now for almost 3 months (I get my second shot next week), I had another blood test today. Testosterone was down from 9.8 in July to 0.88 today. Frustratingly, my PSA from today's test won't be revealed until Nov 7th but my bone mets feel more pronounced now than 3 months
