Supplement advice please

SeasideSusie or anyone else, can you advise please?I'm getting confused with all my supplements and what I should take when... is there any reason I can't take b complex, zinc, turmeric/ginger and fish oil together wiyh food 4 hours after my levo? Thanks for all your help

General recommendation for supplements is:

Most supplements should be taken 2 hours away from Levo.

Some supplements should be taken 4 hours away from Levo and these are:

Iron

Vit D

Magnesium

Calcium

The ones you have mentioned in your post above are all fine to take 2 hours away from Levo. Whether or not you take them with food you'll need to check what it says on the label. If it doesn't say then the choice to take with or without food would be yours. If a supplement taken without food upsets your stomach then try taking it with food.

Thanks SeasideSusie , I was more concerned about whether I could take them together without one interfering with the absorption of another. I haven't found anything that suggests I shouldn't online, but then I missed that my high dose zinc should be taken away from my high dose magnesium. My googling skills are not what they were!
