Rad 140 restart

Had new labs done yesterday and the numbers look very good

PSA 0.05 and falling from 0.08

Liver enzymes are well within normal range after restarting Zytiga about 4 months ago

With the idea of restarting SARMs @ 5mg RAD 140 and 1 mg Cardarine, I had a Lipid panel done to get a baseline on HDL and LDL

They look fantastic for a 75 year old, no?

Your thoughts?

Are you doing a mostly plant based diet? When I started that a few months ago my lipid panel went from concerning to optimal within just a few weeks.

Great news ! Hows the pain going?, did that wild lettuce help? How is the new puppy?

Puppy is back in shelter and up for adoption,

Next... 2 Chocolate Labs that need a home for 20 days. details to follow.

Pain is still evident however it is manageable. Real problem is foot drop, can not lift foot at ankle and can not lift toes. Meeting with surgeon this week for consult. Wild Lettuce gave me an upset stomach although it seemed to help pain.

Very low LDL is associated with increased risk of dementia. Are you taking statins? I would read some studies and assess where you want to be with lipids,
