I’ve been taken vitamins since October. I have had a full blood count last week all normal, my urine came back normal .I have noticed aches and pains in my upper arms, neck and shoulders.. This might sound silly just wondering if anyone experienced the same.I have got under-active thyroid should I still take the following vitamins ? I take 1 of each vitamin per day.

Omega 3 fish oil 1200mg with vitamin D

Magnesium with calcium and Zinc

B12 1000 ug

Many thanks for any advice.

please add most recent thyroid and vitamin results and ranges

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

ALWAYS test thyroid levels early morning, ideally just before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

You need to test vitamin levels at least once a year

Vitamin D twice a year
