Chronic nausea and/or anxiety! Any help or similar situations?
I eventually got off of that and have been going to therapy and doing things naturally- with the occasional Ativan (supplementing with
valerian
root, digestive enzymes and other supplements for when my stomach acts up). I do yoga, exercise, eat well, try to stay busy.

Natural sleep aid
I have one that contains
valerian
root and hops....if I tend to wake up say at 1am or 3am, could I take a tablet? Or is that too late? I'm wondering if it's equivalent to just drinking tea.

Never ending insomnia please help!
I have tried melatonin (nightmares),
valerian

Feeling excited about finding a cure for my RLS without meds!!
I found
Valerian
. Thought, why not. I also grabbed a bottle of Stresstabs, a b complex with copper, zinc, selenium, lyposene as well. No help. But I figured I would continue.

Ginkgo Biloba for RLS
Instead I took 40 drops of
Valerian
root. Then I went straight to my massage chair and at the end of 15 minutes of a massage was already asleep. From what I read there are also some dopamine neurons in your brain which respond to pain.

Warfarin and sleeping tablets?
It seems like anything over the counter that's stronger than
Valerian
(which doesn't even touch the sides) isn't compatible with Warfarin. Thanks in advance!

Hi all
The
valerian
root helps my anxiety and if I get severe nausea, usually at night, I wear sea bands. I only took them off 48hours ago, touchwood I’ve been fine and the bands really do help.

Sleeping Pill Hazards
For those times when sleep is difficult, the two best-studied natural sleep aids are
valerian
and melatonin. You can find standardized extracts of
valerian
in health food stores and pharmacies. Take one to two capsules a half hour before bedtime.

Relief at last?
I have tried everything..recently copper bracelets, giving up caffeine, alcohol-- taking
