E.g chamomile or ginger or valerian thanks

My job is pretty stressful so if valerian drops don't work anymore I take Alimemazine for some time. If it stops working as well I take Phenibut 250 Mg before going to bed (no more than 10 days in a row).

However, now I'm worrying if the Chamomile or Valerian Root or Tilia Estrella contained in this tea could be harmful to my kidneys. Don't see my nephologist for six months and my own search has not been productive. BTW I'm not a supplement person so i have no good sources to check this out.

I've been taking Valerian root and Chamomile, which is helping. But because of the dose I've had to take to actually suppress the anxiety, I think it's also causing some fatigue.

Has anyone had severe flare up of RLS after taking Nytol with Valerian root, or was it coincidental?

My sleeping pattern is acceptable with help form 1 tablet each of "Remeron & Valerian". The tablets at lunch (12:45 pm) & evening (5:45pm) do work and I get noticeable relief. My query please: what is happening with the morning tablet and what can I do to ensure that is is absorbed properly?

My other option in valerian root kalms day which might calm me down a bit and I also get a headache. Is valerian root a safer option?

The only recent thing that seems to work is Valerian Root as an aid to sleep, it really has made a difference. But of course with taking so many supplements its impossible to know what's good and what's rubbish.

Anyone with experience with natural insomnia remedies : Valerian or Melatonin with regards to the AF. Regards Sleepless in NY

Why conditional against valerian which helps RLS? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19284179/ Why list valoric acid at all? Although it may help RLS that is not what it is normally used for. There are plenty of things that may help RLS that were not listed.

I’ve had some success with better sleep with valerian and other herbs for sleep but nothing strong enough to help me sleep all night. I want to try CBD/thc gummies soon I think I have RLS and pain - so it’s complicated Thanks for any advise

Supplements I take: - Vitamin B complex (stopped taking it 6 days before the test because it contains biotin) - Iron - Vitamin D - Selenium - Magnesium - Omega-3 - Melatonin and valerian pills to sleep I always wait one hour after taking my levo before having breakfast, I take iron alone

The doctor just told me again to drink a valerian root and that i still owe 40 bucks. And soon my insurance will be over. Meanwhile my doctor is in my hometown and i can't get stuff here. My psychiatrist,which is based here, is on the seaside. Idk whether to go.

An example is conditional against valerian when this study shows it improves RLS. Https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19284179/ It has lots of references for the discussion. There should also be references for the studies that the recommendations are based on.

I follow up end of the week with GP. ( he tries,he is somewhat up on RLS ,he does listen) Any info on Valerian root( other than vivid freaky dreams) or Tryptophan? Thank you I am fortunate my husband is a sound sleeper.

Kava, Valerian are well known to have interactions with drugs/poisons 5htp can cause serotonin syndrome, never use more than the recommended amount. Natural products don't always have the same complications as drugs/poison the drug pusher use.

I took valerian back when I lived in noisy downtown Montreal and it didn't do anything... I should add that back when I lived in Quebec I did have a sleep pap
