Antibodies
The review went fine and then I mentioned that I have an appointment tomorrow morning for my 3rd Covid
vaccination
and wondered how I could find out whether I had developed any antibodies. She explained that this was something she didn’t know and didn’t know where I could find out.

Risk of covid-19 related death and hospital admission after covid-19 vaccination
An enormous prospective cohort study in vaccinated UK adults, producing hazard ratios for many different population groups. Blood cancer patients do surprisingly well compared with other at-risk groups. https://www.bmj.com/content/374/bmj.n2244

AFIB and Covid Vaccination
In October 2020 i had the first AFIB session and then no further occurrences until August 2021 after the
vaccination
. Since this group of AFIB sessions my chest has settled with no further symptoms and this leaves me in a dilemma regarding the second dose. Has this happened to anyone else.

A 2K run is still a run 🏃♀️✂️
The last time I went on a 2K run, I was chasing a PB! Not today, though. Before I left, I had planned a longer run, maybe 6 or 7K. I set off at lunchtime, an unusual time for me. I had trouble with acquiring a satellite signal, which was very frustrating. Then my brother sent me a text telling me that

Just to thank all the team at MPN Voice again for the excellent letter for the third primary dose - I used it this morning at our city
vaccination
hub and it assisted every step of the way so that I was able to obtain a Pfizer third primary dose.

immunostimulant / bacterial lysate tablets?
I've recently learnt about "immunostimulant tablets" and I was wondering if this is anything for people with CLL. I won't give any brand names, but in principle, they contain "Bacterial Lysate" (dead, broken down bacteria), in form of a tablet, for example: Staphylococcus aureus Streptococcus pyogenes

Covid -19, still a big risk for some - 2.
I posted this tread up some three months ago just as a warning to others who like me are immunosuppressed. At this time, there are estimated to be around 44% of organ transplanted people who still didn't produce any Covid antibodies. Some of you will remember Jenny who use to frequent this forum, Jenny

GAZYVA and COVID19 antibody tests
I have CLL. 5 years ago I had FCR treatment and my blood markers had become normal. Last October unfortunately my lymphocyte count started rising and my oncologist put me on Gazyva, and I received 6 infusions Oct20 thru March21. In the meantime I was vaccinated with Moderna twice. Later in September

Making decisions
Hi, I am really in a dilemma. I was originally diagnosed with Graves disease in 2020, but been "in range" with a goiter for a year now. I have tried correcting my vitamin levels, doctors, nothing's helping. I don't know if I should: a) go investigate further then end up disappointed cause my problem

I am due to have my booster on Saturday morning and know that they want to do the flu
vaccination
at the same time. To be honest I feel scared. I'm Eighty years old and not as confident as I used to be. Thanks in advance. Tom
