Looking for a natural homeopathic nephrologist
I also did a
urine
test
and this is a level of 900.95 mg/g creat. For the past 15 years, I have been taking 100 mg of losartan and 5mg of amlodipine. I was also working with a dietitian and ended up changing my diet a year ago to include more eggs and even fish in my diet.

Continued debate on iodine testing
As I indicated in my earlier post, Genova indicated that a serum
test
may be better (than the
urine
test
they do!) at least for cellular level measurement. Whilst I (and more importantly, Seaside Susie!)

My Story
She also ordered a 24-hour
urine
test
to check my creatinine and calcium, I believe. She also prescribed gabapentin and a muscle relaxant. I took the 100 mg. gabapentin at bedtime as she prescribed for 4 nights, but I stopped. It didn’t seem to help and I don’t want to keep adding more drugs.

Not sure if this is the right place
Fast forward to this year where I seen a new rheumatologist a couple of weeks ago she sends me for bloods and
urine
test
stating that if these come back normal she will trial me on steroids to see if it resolves liver issues and then be able to confirm its autoimmune based on that whilst still trying

what do I do
my partner was diagnosed with SLE during pregnancy. We had a little boy 21/06/22 who has neonatal lupus and congenital heart block, he had a pacemaker fitted 24/04/23 so things have been hard. My partners flares are getting worse each time, we did a kidney home test and it came back positive. The hospital

Haemosiderin Staining Lower legs
I have a problem with haemosiderin staining in my lower right leg. Blood work shows a normal INR and APTT range and the CBC & Auto differential is normal. Urine sample showed a normal result. My GP thinks this may not be a vascular problem, but that there may be a possibility of this discolouration

today which came back negative so I’m refused antibiotics. sorry I know it’s quite long winded but my question is has anyone else had this experience.

I thought my appointment would be with a rheumatologist consultant but it was the final 4pm slot last Thursday (ie day before bank holiday) and the staff on duty looked far from enthusiastic to see me. I started to doubt it would go well when I saw quite a few urine samples including mine chucked

Re -gp appointment 🤦
I'm honestly wrecked, and we're told to ring the surgery for an appointment between 8 and 9 re the
urine
dipstick
test
, been trying for weeks to get an appointment 😡, at my old surgery we could fill in the form, pop the urine tube in the bag and leave in a box, I did that last year at this new surgery

I asked if strong smelling
urine
might be caused by meds. He recommended a glucose HBA1c
test
. So having that on Friday. He didn’t think Hydroxy was causing odour( it’s not sweet which I gather it would be if diabetes was the cause….

Hello and thank you for having me!
Currently I am thinking of paying for a private
urine
test
as that has not been tested and perhaps may rule other things out. Thank you for your time.

constant feeling wanted to pass urine
The doctor I spoke to via telephone has given me a course a antibiotics though a
urine
test
showed no infection. I cannot get another appt until 15 Dec. It is becoming rather unbearable, Wondering if anyone has suffered with this and what was done to relieve it.

scared of cancer
a few weeks ago I went to a walk in clinic where I had a
urine
test
. They said it came out healthy, meaning my liver is healthy. But when I urinate in the morning it is often cloudy, bubbly or dark yellow.
