Unmetabolized Estrogen (Depurinated Adducts) How I got PCa and how to prevent and detect it.
3 months before I got diagnosed with PCa in May of 2013 I had been feeling tired with no libido. I will bypass my health care profession system failures as it will take up to much space. In Feb 2012-13 I ordered several tests through Genova Diagnostics (

Another cancelled Rheumy appointment - UPDATE
She also told me that I should have had a phone call 3 weeks ago to give me results of an
urine
test
I had 5 weeks ago. I had assumed there wasn’t a problem as I hadn’t heard, as they usually only phone about results if there is something wrong.

General Question re positive test lines
Should you keep testing or just wait and do a hcg blood
test
? As I'm guessing how strong/diluted your
urine
is will also have impact on the darkness of the line? At what point would you know if its chemical? And/or when is that most likely?

9dp5dt, no positive test result, period missed 6 days
On the day 7, I had a faint line on the pregnancy
test
, only in the morning
urine
. Today it is much more faint, almost impossible to see, instead of getting thicker line. I am using sensitive dipsticks which are able to capture 10mui. My period missed 6 days.

11dpo / 12 days post trigger - faint positive and cramping
I can still see a line on my
test
even with diluted
urine
. I've started feeling cramps last night. I'm still very doubtful but also hopeful. Has anyone gone on to find out they were actually pregnant under these circumstances?

Serum iodine test, UK
This follows a Complimentary Consultation after a high reading with Genova's END 25 non-loading
urine
test
. The consultant said that test doesnt reflect cellular, iodine level (adaptive response/excreting minerals) so suggested a serum test is better.

Mycophenolate or Azathioprine ?
The nurse weighed me so he could work out how much steroid I was to get and then I had the routine blood tests and
urine
test
. The nurse gave me the steroid injection before I left. So here I am wondering what to do.

Has anyone chosen SBRT despite preexisting urethritis?
Hello everyone, Thank you all for participating here The information so far has been invaluable. [I’m 58 and was diagnosed 5 weeks ago with Gleason 4+3, (9 of 16 cores positive, only two had 4+3. A few 3+4’s and the rest were either 3+3 or negative). Perineural invasion on both sides. Decipher

Protein in wee & racing heart
I had my 28 week appointment yesterday and all was well apart from my urine sample having traces of protein and a fast pulse (109). My urine has been sent to the lab for further tests. BP was fine and I’ve no symptoms of an infection. I know heart rate increases during pregnancy - when I had my son

Continued debate on iodine testing
As I indicated in my earlier post, Genova indicated that a serum
test
may be better (than the
urine
test
they do!) at least for cellular level measurement. Whilst I (and more importantly, Seaside Susie!)

Looking for a natural homeopathic nephrologist
I also did a
urine
test
and this is a level of 900.95 mg/g creat. For the past 15 years, I have been taking 100 mg of losartan and 5mg of amlodipine. I was also working with a dietitian and ended up changing my diet a year ago to include more eggs and even fish in my diet.

Update: re my "draining fluid" post
I recently about (4th August) posted on the above topic. I thought I was going into hospital to have fluid drained. To those that replied, sorry for the delay! I will be reading and responding over the next few days, but in the meantime, thanks to all of you, you are a great source of support and

My Story
She also ordered a 24-hour
urine
test
to check my creatinine and calcium, I believe. She also prescribed gabapentin and a muscle relaxant. I took the 100 mg. gabapentin at bedtime as she prescribed for 4 nights, but I stopped. It didn’t seem to help and I don’t want to keep adding more drugs.

Not sure if this is the right place
Fast forward to this year where I seen a new rheumatologist a couple of weeks ago she sends me for bloods and
urine
test
stating that if these come back normal she will trial me on steroids to see if it resolves liver issues and then be able to confirm its autoimmune based on that whilst still trying

IVF Cancelled cycles
I had done the
urine
-stick
test
in March to see when I ovulate and it was Day 7 of my period cycle so with this additional information in picture the clinic called me in for Day 2 baseline scan.

today which came back negative so I’m refused antibiotics. sorry I know it’s quite long winded but my question is has anyone else had this experience.

Negative test 9DT 5D FET
I since tested again today (9DPT) with a cheap
test
and the fourth
urine
of the day (stupid I know!) Is there any hope for official test day in 20.3.24 🤞 This is our last try via IVF as I’m 39 in April and I find the IVF negatively affects my mental health.

Haemosiderin Staining Lower legs
I have a problem with haemosiderin staining in my lower right leg. Blood work shows a normal INR and APTT range and the CBC & Auto differential is normal. Urine sample showed a normal result. My GP thinks this may not be a vascular problem, but that there may be a possibility of this discolouration
