I decided to phone to Rheumy Nurse Helpline as I I was concerned about the 3 months gap between blood tests, due to cancelled appointments. She agreed this was too long and I now have an appointment for blood test tomorrow. She also told me that I should have had a phone call 3 weeks ago to give me results of an urine test I had 5 weeks ago. I had assumed there wasn’t a problem as I hadn’t heard, as they usually only phone about results if there is something wrong. There was an infection and she was extremely apologetic that no one had called me about this. I think whatever it was has cleared up as following advice given on the forum about UTI’s I bought Mannose D and this seemed to do the trick. Just to make sure it is all clear now I am going to have a further urine test when I go tomorrow. I will now be a bit more pro-active about chasing up results, especially as you can’t see any results on the NHS app, and Patient Access only shows results if they have been ordered through GP. It would be helpful if both systems merged.

Too true, as I’ve said before it was mooted a few years ago, and I completed a load of paperwork, but it obviously proved all too difficult!
I have been banging on about the NHS’ appalling computer system, or systems, as there are lots of them that do not talk to each other, for years. There is also their manual system which consists of bits of paper, not in one place, but scattered throughout the building. Usually in places where they cannot be found.
And here, on th Dorset/Hants border, there is the added problem that each county can't see the other notes. From here, the nearest A&E is over the border, so you can imagine the constant (silly) problems.
At least their slip-up saved you having to have antibiotics!
