Cough
Thank you to everyone who replied to my question. Next question : My husband has a very persistent cough, also seems to have a lot of mucus at times. Is this part of PSP? He has some swallowing difficulty so therefore uses thickened drinks. I don’t know if the cough is from saliva going down the wrong

Methotrexate when suffering from a cold?
At the moment I have a very heavy cold with a terribly sore throat and a painful chesty cough. I've been told that I should skip the MTX while the cold lasts. Do others agree and, if so, could anybody tell me the reason why? Information I've found online is sketchy, contradictory and confusing!

Chest Cold -- Weak Cough
I trust all have had a wonderful holiday season. We have been hit with some pretty bad sickness in our household, and my Momma is about a week and a half into a pretty significant cold. No fever until yesterday, but it was low grade. My chief concern is that she is struggling with enough strength

Holidays and sickness
This time of year when you are basically required to be among more people whether family or out shopping you put yourself at risk of catching a cold or the flu. In my case that always leads to pneumonia. If my daughter , her husband or any of the grandkids are sick I just tell them we'll get together

Starting to feel anxiety again
For the last two months I have been feeling great. I did not get dizzy spells anymore and didn't feel pressure on my chest. I am so thankful for my medication, Lexapro. I was worried of being too dependent on the medication so, I stopped taking it for like two weeks. I have been sick with the flu for

Can you die from a common cold?
Most people know that the flu can kill. Indeed, the so-called Spanish flu killed 50 million people in 1918—more than were killed in the first world war. But what about the common cold? Can you really catch your death? The cold is a collection of symptoms—coughing, sneezing, a runny nose, tiredness and

Blood in snot - anyone got any experience of this?
My 7 month old has got cold and gets super congested at night, for the last few days he’s had blood in his snot - not much, sometimes it’s pinkish, sometimes more red and other times it’s dried round his nostrils. I’ve had him to the GP twice and both times (different doctors) have reassured me it’s
