Well folks, I like to start by wishing you all a very happy Christmas, I do hope you all had lots of fun and spread the joy to all your family and friends.
I, however, have had a rough one...started a over a week ago when I caught the “flu bug” (lucky me!) then as I was fighting to eliminate this I then started to throw up and had pains in my stomach, co-incidentally whilst I was at work! So after having rested and sweat that off, just couple of days ago, the viruses wanted more of me and I now have bronchitis 🤒🤒🤒🤒🤒
So as you can see my Christmas wasn’t a great one. But....I stopped smoking on the 13th December after 6 months of determination and trying.
Cough...cough...splutter...splutter!

I will assign you an achievement badge (next to your name) so you can see the progress you are making.

Thank you, I had looked on NHS website and bronchitis is caused by smoking and affects over 40’s (I’m 41) and I could possibly develop pneumonia....that’s only worst case scenario. I’m gonna drink fluids and rest and as I’ve gone 2 weeks no smoking now, this piece of information I just saw will encourage me to think twice never to return to the filthy habit
