Upadacitinib

Has anyone here added in metho to Rinvoq to increase effectiveness of Rinvoq? Did it work? How long did it take if it did? Just interested. I know I have to wait 12 weeks for ‘trial’ to be over. Thanks.

Hi, so take a immune Upadacitinib for my skin and have took for 2 years now, I am M 41 and do like the occasional drink, I was diagnosed with NAFLD around 6 months ago and have cut down drinking, my levels have always been fine other than GGT which was around 200.

I am currently in a very nasty flare and have to choose which biologic I would prefer to try next, Infliximab or a new drug called upadacitinib.

I am reasonably confident that the paxlovid pills are available but really wouldn’t want them if i succumbed to Covid whilst away due to having to pause the Upadacitinib for more than a week.

Rinvoq tablets has anyone tried these hoping this treatment will work and I can get off the prednisalone.

I’m on day two. Trying to manage expectations! Would love to hear your experiences with this drug especially how long it took to work or conversely how long you stick it out before abandoning it. I’ve been burnt with this before because I never really felt Adalimumab did anything but kept being fobbed

I've been on Methotrexate and Sulfasalazine, I've now been prescribed Upadacitinib. I just wanted to share that my rheumatologist stated not to regret having the vaccine because if I've reacted like this to a tiny dose of the virus then imagine how I would have reacted if I had caught COVID.

I don't know if there's a consensus about the skin condition that so many of us PWP's suffer from, whether it's seborrheic dermatitis or atopic dermatitis or exzema but for what it's worth the drug upadacitinib, already approved for use against rheumatoid arthritis shows promise against certain of these
