Has anyone here added in metho to Rinvoq to increase effectiveness of Rinvoq? Did it work? How long did it take if it did? Just interested. I know I have to wait 12 weeks for ‘trial’ to be over. Thanks.

I take both . I’ve always been on mtx . I was told MTX helps biologics do their job more effectively and can stop the biologic from not working .

Thanks. Started on Upad only. It was working a bit. Not been great on metho in the past, but trying 10mg.

I’m on 10mg as maintenance dose. I can’t tolerate anything higher . Good luck
