Liver Results and Spleen Pain

Hi, so take a immune Upadacitinib for my skin and have took for 2 years now, I am M 41 and do like the occasional drink,

I was diagnosed with NAFLD around 6 months ago and have cut down drinking, my levels have always been fine other than GGT which was around 200.

I have recently had further bloods done for a repeat prescription and they are holding off until spoke with consultant about my results, which they have not done before, and the biologic team have signed off.

Before the dermatologist had seen the results i visited my GP as i have been having really bad pain in my left flank, if i push under the rib to the left of the flank i get really bad pain(not the front ribs when lying down, it is litterly under the bottom rib on flank between the hip and the first rib you come to.

I was told a month ago it is probably muscular, however the pain continued and also goes into my middle back. The dr perfromed a urine test and this result came back fine other than + on unrine protein. However he was not concerned. He has arranged a ultrasound for Monday next week to check.

I am waiting to see why dermatology are having consultant look at results as they are no different really than when i had my last bloods and prescription and the only thing then was not in range was the eGFRcreat and the dermotolgist wont even be aware of the + on the urine as this was done for Dr only.

I am quite concerned that the raised GGT levels are causing spleen issues, however i am trying to tell myself this is the only level that is raised, and maybe it could be the kidneys with the only other 2 issues been the low eGFRcreat and protein in the urine.

I feel totally exhausted of late to, and sweating loads when out and about doing the smallest of thing (it is quite hot at the moment, but i never had it like this before)

I think this is more of just a post for to understand what i have worked out and if anyone has any words of advise.

Thanks

Issues with spleen, liver, gallbladder and pancreas present with pain in the upper right quadrant.

We are none of us doctors here so cannot interpret your test results (and the moderators may edit the results out of your post) but I would say that continuing to drink alcohol with any form of liver disease is best avoided. Even in moderation, your liver will not be able to process it the way a healthy liver would do.
