infliximab or upadacitinib

Hi All…

Just looking for a little advice.

I am currently on vedolizumab but unfortunately after 3 years it has stopped working. I am currently in a very nasty flare and have to choose which biologic I would prefer to try next, Infliximab or a new drug called upadacitinib.

I know we all react differently to certain medications but would appreciate any feedback

good or bad on either of these meds to help me make my decision.

Jane

I have been on Infliximab for almost 6 years now and have not had any problems or flare ups.

Never been on upadacitinib.

Thank you for your reply… really good to hear you’re doing well…. I’ve been doing a bit of research so I think I’m going to go for the Infliximab. Back to hospital today so hopefully they will get me started on it.
