Spotting while on Progynova
Hello, I'm looking for some advice/reassurance, so I'm on day 11 on progynova prepping for my FET in 6 days. I'm also taking 75mg of aspirin to increase blood flow etc. However, over the last couple of days I've started noticing some spotting but only when I wipe and it comes on and off. Today (day 11

AF and Aspirin. Stopping Ticagrelor
Does anyone know if there is a reason why one should change from Aspirin to Warfarin or one of the new blood thinners if one has AF or does it depend on how severe the AF is? Also I know most people stop taking Ticagrelor after a year but has anyone been told to continue taking a lower dose for another

Splitting a tablet
I take 75mg of aspirin daily, and I have been splitting a 300mg aspirin into four. How confident can we be that a quarter of a pill will contain more-or-less 75mg of active ingredient? What does anyone think?

Clopidogrel instead of 75mg Aspirin
Feedback would be most welcome regarding taking Clopidogrel instead of 75mg Aspirin? Hoping taking Clopidogrel for life kinder to the stomach. I need to make a decision on this soon following a stomach ulcer bleed caused by Aspirin. Currently on Aspirin and Omeprazole for life which is the alternative

Should I skip aspirin after a covid vaccine?
Hi can I still take my low-dose aspirin the day I got the covid vaccine? Because they gave a leaflet that says try to avoid nsaids like ibuprofen and aspirin is part of that family right? I’m thinking of just skipping for a few days but I’m not sure if that is advisable. Is anyone here had the same experience

New headaches
Looking for some advise from those who suffer headaches. I’ve been experiencing a prolonged persistent headache for 2 weeks. My GP initially thought it was a migraine but talked me out of Triptans and prescribed me diclofenac. This did not help. I spoke to another GP who thought my symptoms were

Switching from Eliquis to a one a day 325mg Aspirin
Hi guys, just curious, Has anybody been on Eliquis and then changed to one aspirin 325 mg a day instead? I was diagnosed with Afib in 2018 but have maybe one episode a year so my Dr. told me to switch from Eliquis to one 325mg aspirin a day. I am concerned that the aspirin won’t thin my blood enough

Clopidogrel/Aspirin alternative
I have asked this question before but just wondered if anyone might have had similar problems, both of them give me side effects which are starting to become increasingly problematic. Clopidogrel gives me a dull ache in the back of my throat and windpipe (almost like angina symptoms), and Aspirin irritates

Weight Loss and heart meds
Hi, I'm on medication after having a mild heart attack (no stents needed) back in 2017. I've recently made an effort to lose weight for my own health. I've lost about 2 stone in 6 months and wondered if some of my meds should be reduced .I'm taking 1.25mg Ramipril, 80mg Atorvastatin, Aspirin and 5mg

New Dx of splenic cyst. I am ET, JAK2+ on HU and 81mg aspirin 2x daily.
I fired my previous dr. Found new one at Ochsner in New Orleans. Seems knowledgeable. He was nonplussed that previous doc did not order spleen ultrasound or an EPO level. The ultrasound revealed an anechoic cyst of 1.8 centimeters. I have read that cysts of the spleen are rare. My EPO is. 5.5 on a scale

Can you just wait for thyroid eye disease to improve?
Hi, I have developed quite a lot of swelling and eye burning, numbness sensation over the last 2 weeks. if I ask someone, they'd say they don't see anything wrong with my eyes as its not very visible. I have gotten this before (last year) but not as badly, and back then it resolved and my eyes went back

Viagra/Cialis after heart attack, opinions please Having been discharged from Cardio rehab, my last conversation with my very helpful and amazingly knowledgeable nurse was consider Viagra even if I didn’t have any issues. She suggested that I take some time to do some research. I have mentioned this
