Sir i have low grade intermitant fever with chills for two month after having fever for 10 days i my doctor test for typhoid which show s typhi o 360 titres at that my direct bilrubin was 0.39 doctor prescribed me antiboitic for five days intially after improving my low geade fever and slighlt chill

To put it in a simple manner, if you suffer from typhoid fever and have high fever, prescribing paracetamol tablets is only going to bring down the fever. The underlying typhoid will not be cured. In the same way, insulin resistance is the root cause of diabetes.

Think we have to have Hep B and Hep A and Typhoid, tetanus not sure on the Yellow fever. Any thoughts on this please.
